From 1985 to 2001 ken nilsen was a perspective artist and designer with Burka Architects of Toronto. 17 years in the condominium design market producing hundreds of sketches and renderings, as well as creating building imaging and designing final elevations for some significant local projects. 2001 to present: blvd international inc. has been involved in numerous overseas projects over the past 6 years. Ken Nilsen was the primary planner and designer of several hotel projects, shopping malls, office buildings and residential projects throughout
